Where It All Started
This business was born in a garage - not some fancy boardroom.
One day, during a casual chat with a mechanic, I watched his phone ring 15 times in less than 30 minutes. He didn’t answer a single one. With each unanswered call, I could see him get visibly more stressed. And it wasn’t just a missed call - it was a missed customer, a missed sale, and a missed opportunity.
As someone already studying AI and using it in my own coaching business, I asked him: “What if a system could message those missed calls for you, chat with them like a human, and get them booked in - without you ever needing to lift a finger?”
That one conversation lit a fire.
Over the next three months, I invested thousands of euros and hundreds of hours working with developers, testing and building what would become our core product: a powerful AI that responds to missed calls, website leads, and messages - instantly - and handles the conversation like a real human assistant.
It doesn’t just follow a script. It books appointments, answers questions, and helps business owners stop losing time and money.
That was the day Ballnart Growth Systems was born.
Why "Ballnart"?
Ballnart isn’t some Chat GPT buzzword - it’s a nod to my roots. In college, I co-founded a failed project called “Ballnart Academy” with a group of friends. The business flopped, but the spark was lit. Years later, when this company came to life, I brought that name with me as a reminder of how long I’ve been grinding, learning, and building.
This isn’t some overnight startup. It’s years of effort finally coming to life - and we’re only getting started.

Right now, Ballnart is led by a small team based in Ireland. I’m the founder, Conor - born and raised in Cobh, Cork - with a background in soccer, personal training, and online business. I’ve lived in the U.S. and Australia, and I’ve always had one clear goal:
